Directions
Pour a quarter cup or a generous handful of Pure Epsom Salts into warm running water. For the ultimate relaxation experience also add some of our Aromatherapy Bubble Bath (see our product rage) to your bath. Use after a long days work to relieve stress & anxiety, after gym sessions, for menstrual cramps, to ease sore joints and muscles and to reduce inflammation of the skin caused by Psoriasis and other itchy skin conditions. Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes to experience the full benefits. Can also be used as a foot soak.
